Listening before leading
We begin with what brings you here, what feels difficult and what has helped before. You do not need to tell your whole story at once.
Space to discuss your needs, boundaries and whether this approach fits.
We are a group of professional therapists offering trauma-informed support in the Netherlands. Getting to know the person beside you is part of the work—not a step to rush past.
Ask to meet a therapist
You deserve to know who will support you, what their qualifications are and where their expertise ends. Individual therapist biographies are not yet published here. Please contact us for information about the therapist available to work with you before deciding.
Our approach connects preparation, supported experiences and integration. These are different kinds of support; clarify who will provide each part before committing.

Considering a truffle weekend means discussing risks as well as hopes. Screening matters, and choosing not to participate is always valid.
Ask about the team present, their responsibilities and the support available.
Integration is a place to explore feelings and experiences without forcing a meaning. Individual therapy is also available without a psychedelic experience.
Practical reflection and support for life beyond a session or weekend.
You do not need specialist knowledge to choose support. These are useful things to ask the therapist you are considering working with.
A title alone does not tell you someone’s training or scope of practice. Ask for specific qualifications and any applicable professional registration.
Explore our approachWhat is your professional background? What training and supervised experience do you have in trauma work and psychedelic support?
How do we agree on boundaries, including touch? What happens if I need a pause, feel overwhelmed or want to stop?
Who assesses suitability? What happens if I need medical or psychiatric care beyond what you can provide?
How is my information handled? Who will I see afterwards, and how can I raise a concern about my care?
A few practical answers about finding support with our team.
Start by contacting the team and asking for an introduction to the therapist who may support you. You can discuss their background, your preferences and what an initial appointment involves. Confirm the length and any cost before arranging a session.
No. You can begin with what you need help with now, without describing traumatic events in detail. Screening for a weekend will require relevant health information, but you can ask why any question is being asked and how the information will be used.
Yes. Individual therapeutic support is available independently at €110 per hour. There is no requirement to attend a weekend or take a substance. Contact us to discuss whether our support suits your needs.
Ask us to confirm the arrangements for your specific programme. Do not assume that preparation, weekend support and integration will all be provided by the same person. Before booking, clarify who your point of contact will be and how any handover works. See the weekend programme for the wider process.
You can begin with a question about our team. There is no need to commit to a weekend—or share more than you feel ready to.
