inner ground

Start a conversation

A small first step.
At your pace.

You don’t need to know exactly what you need, or tell your whole story. A question about therapy, the weekend or where to begin is enough.

What brings you here?

Use this space to put your questions into words. There is no commitment to book or take part in a psychedelic experience.

Online enquiries are not yet available.
You can prepare and save an enquiry below. It stays in this browser tab and is not sent to our team. No appointment is reserved.
I’d like to explore

A few lines are enough. Please leave out medical records, medication details and sensitive trauma history. These belong in a dedicated screening conversation.

For your own reference.

the next step.

You’re welcome to be uncertain. Here are a few practical things to know.

Read about our approach
Do I need to share my trauma history here?

No. A broad question or area of interest is enough. Detailed personal history, health information and medication questions should be discussed in an appropriate screening setting, not in an initial enquiry.

Can I have support without taking psychedelics?

Yes. Individual therapy is available independently of the weekend programme, at €110 per hour. You do not need to be interested in a psychedelic experience to explore therapeutic support.

Does an enquiry mean I can join a weekend?

No. Participation depends on individual screening, informed consent and availability. Psychedelics are not suitable for everyone and can worsen some symptoms. Never stop or change prescribed medication to participate without speaking to your prescribing clinician.

What should I know about truffles and legality?

Dutch law distinguishes prohibited psilocybin mushrooms from fresh sclerotia (“magic truffles”), which are generally sold legally. Legality depends on the product and activity; this is not an approved medical treatment or a promise of healing. The current legal framework should be clarified before participation.
