Start with your story
In one-to-one conversations, we explore what brings you here and what you would like to change. You choose what to share; together, we consider the support that fits.
Individual, trauma-informed therapy to help you understand your experiences, strengthen self-trust and make choices that feel right for you.
Always individual support. No group sessions. No pressure.

Trauma can shape how we feel in our bodies, connect with others and move through everyday life. Finding support should not mean having to push past your own limits.
At Inner Ground, we work with you individually—not in a group. Together, we explore what matters to you, recognise the strengths you already have and practise ways to express your needs and boundaries. You have a say in the direction and pace of our work.
Get to know our approachTherapy is our starting point. A supported truffle weekend may be an option after screening, but it is never a requirement—and never a group session.
In one-to-one conversations, we explore what brings you here and what you would like to change. You choose what to share; together, we consider the support that fits.
Individual sessions give you space to explore feelings, practise boundaries and recognise your strengths. If you are considering a truffle experience, careful screening and preparation come first.
We help you turn insights into practical steps: noticing your needs, making decisions and finding ways to support yourself between sessions. Progress is defined with you, not for you.
Optional psychedelic experiences can be emotionally intense and are not suitable for everyone. Participation is subject to individual screening; no particular outcome is promised.
Explore the individual weekendOur therapists bring listening, clarity and care to each individual relationship. We offer perspective and tools, not instructions for how your life should look. Your experience, values and choices guide the work we do together.
You can ask questions, name a boundary, pause or decide this is not for you. Choosing therapy without a psychedelic experience is always valid.
Meet the therapistsA few things worth knowing before taking the next step.
No. Our therapy and supported weekend experiences are individual, not group-based. We focus on your needs, boundaries and goals, with space to work at your own pace.
Yes. One-to-one therapy is available independently of the weekend programme, at €110 per hour. A psychedelic experience is not necessary to work with us. We can discuss your needs and whether our approach feels right before you decide.
Individual therapy is €110 per hour. An individual weekend is priced separately. Contact us for availability, the full cost and a clear explanation of preparation, accommodation and integration arrangements before booking.
No. Certain health conditions, a personal or family history of psychosis, some psychiatric conditions, pregnancy and medication interactions may make participation inappropriate. Individual screening is essential. Never stop or change medication to participate without advice from your prescribing clinician.
Dutch law distinguishes between psilocybin-containing mushrooms, which are prohibited, and fresh sclerotia (“magic truffles”), which are generally sold legally. Our proposed experiences concern truffles, not prohibited mushrooms. Legality depends on the product and activity; this is not the same as an approved medical treatment. We discuss the current legal framework before participation.
No programme can promise that. Research into psychedelics is developing, and benefits are not guaranteed. Experiences can also be distressing or worsen symptoms. We focus on informed choice, careful assessment and realistic expectations, rather than a quick fix.
Tell us a little about what you would like support with. We’ll listen, answer your questions and explore options together. You decide whether to take the next step.
